**as a side note** Think about all of the non-violent offenders that clog our judicial system. Our country has the largest percentage of prisoners compared to our population, higher than any other country in the entire world. Yet, we still can’t sleep at night….because EVERYONE is a criminal. Maybe our whole population needs to be reeducated.
Just saying…. if you start off in the system, you never leave the system.

I believe the time frame to be around the 1940’s in a small city in China (or maybe it is now a big city and I just cannot tell). I would love more informations about where this could possibly be. China is a big place…..
